12 questions

How do I become a member?

Ask the SACCO about eligibility, shares, contributions and documents. The membership page helps you prepare; it does not open an account.

Can I open an account on this website?

No. This website provides information and preparation tools. SACCO staff confirm the account-opening process.

Where can I get fees and interest rates?

Ask ABAHIZI SACCO NGOMA for its current tariff and terms using the published email. Calculators on this website use the figures you enter.

How do I prepare to ask about a loan?

Write down your purpose, the amount needed, your income and how you could repay. Ask about the full cost, security and required documents.

Does a repayment estimate mean approval?

No. It is a planning estimate only. The SACCO determines loan approval and the agreed terms.

What if I forgot my PIN?

Contact the SACCO through a verified channel. Do not enter your PIN or password in an email or on this website.

What should I do with a suspicious message?

Avoid unknown links, do not share codes and do not send money. Check the message using the SACCO email listed by BNR.

Is my enquiry sent automatically?

No. Prepare a draft, review it, then download it or open your email application. You decide whether to send it from your email application.

How do I follow up on an enquiry?

Keep the email you sent. Ask the SACCO for acknowledgement and a reference if one is issued. This website does not show live enquiry status.

How can I make a complaint?

Prepare the facts, dates and the outcome you are seeking, then contact the SACCO. Keep account secrets out of the message and retain a record of the conversation.

Can this website receive my money?

No. Deposits, withdrawals, payments and account balances are not available on this website.

Are my planning figures saved?

Figures are processed in your browser. Closing or reloading the page clears them. A file you download remains on your device until you delete it.

The right details.
A clearer conversation.

01

Describe what happened

Note the date, the service involved and what was unclear. Separate what you observed from what still needs explaining.

02

Keep your records

Keep relevant receipts and messages. Do not put a PIN, security code, account number or identity-document copy into this website’s drafting tool.

03

State the outcome you want

Ask for a charge explanation, an error correction or the steps to resolve the issue. Request acknowledgement and ask how to follow up.

04

Follow up with a record

Keep your sent message and the reply. If the concern remains unresolved, ask the SACCO about its escalation route and consult BNR’s consumer-protection information.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

Review your words before sending.

The tool helps you prepare and download a draft. You review and send it through your email application; this page does not receive or resolve complaints.

Your selections stay on this page only. Download a copy before closing it; no information is submitted.
